For the past six months I have had an enlarged abdomin(I look like I am three months pregnant),sour stomach, heartburn, exhaustion, pain on my right side just recently generating at times to my left and frequent urination. My CA125 has also remained in the low 70's. I have had a whole series of test which include an endoscopy, colonoscopy, hydroscan for the gallbladder, pelvic and abdominal ultrasounds, CAT Scan, MRI and Laparoscopy. The only things found was a small cyst on my liver and (2) 3cm fibroids in my uterus. My gyno tells me my swollen stomach is something that comes along with age even though it is not fatty issue but hard to the touch. The oncologist believes I have IBS which the gastro already told me I don't have. I am at a loss and do not feel I should let this go. I cannot believe that I have to live my life like this because of "AGE". My mother and first cousin had breast cancer, my father prostate, my grandfather pancreas. I was wondering if the following tests are just different names for what I have already had done and if not can I request they be done. Any assistance or suggestions you could offer would be appreciated. Thank you.
