I have not had sex with the girl I did not know anymore only my G/F.. He told me that he is stomted that he can not understand. He say that for sure it is not Gonorrhea cuse it is easy to test for but that Chlamydia is harder to test for but that he can not see that it is Chlamydia cuse of all the testing has not picked it up. He did a secound Swab today and gave me a second Z-pack. He told me to tell my G/F to get treted also just in case.

1. My question is the following after all these test can this still be Chlamydia? 2. or is there something eles? that my cuse this? I know every one says HIV is ruld out cuse of the test a 18 weeks is NEG also a PCR at 32 days was NEG.. But what eles can this be evrything was NEG??? Please help me..

Wow!  That's an awful lot of testing for an episode of NGU!  Beyond the initial urine test for gonorrhea and chlamydia, all the rest was useless and a waste of money and time.

NGU often recurs.  Repeat symptoms almost never are due to chlamydia (which you clearly didn't have before), unless someone is exposed to a new infection.  Recurrent NGU is believed to be entirely harmless, with no important health risk to either the patient or his sex partners.  It does not suggest HIV infection.

Recurrent NGU is treated with the same antibiotics as initial infection, typically azithromycin or doxycline. Treating the partner is a good idea, but probably makes no difference.  If it keeps coming back, sometimes a longer course of treatment is required (but repeated treatment of the partner, beyond the first time, is not recommended by most experts).  Many such cases may not be due to infection at all, just the body's immune reaction to the previous infection.

Bottom line:  Follow your doctor's advice.  And stop worrying.  This isn't a big deal.

Good luck--  HHH, MD

But the way I have also had sore armpits and back of my knee also only on the left side....

One more thing .. What are the chances that this swab comes back poss?

The additional symptoms are meaningless with respect to NGU.  Probably nothing more than anxiety.  I expect all your new STD tests to be negative.

Dr. Sorry for the second question.

Do you think the the urin test for Chlamydia GC Amplification Nucleic Acid Amp & Gonorrhea Nucleic Acid Amp. Was Neg. Becuse of the Z-Pak? the test was taken 8 weeks after I toke the Z-pak.

also the Blood test?

Also do you think that it would afect my HIV test at 18 weeks or do I need to retest for HIV?

Dose the Z-pak take alway Gonorrhea too?

The follow-up tests were negative because you never were infected with either gonorrhea or chlamydia, as shown by the initial rounds of tests.  Azithromycin works against gonorrhea, but you didn't have it anyway.  You do not need retesting for HIV or any other STD; you have had too much testing already.

No follow-up questions, please.

The level of anxiety you are experiencing over this is abnormal and irrational, suggestting a signficiant emotional disorder.  Please see a mental health professional.  I suggest it out of compassion, not criticism.
