i recently got tested for chlamydia because i saw symptoms but have not recieved the results back yet. my question is if the test is positive, is it very likely that after a week from when i am sure i contracted it, my girlfriend could have it too because we did have sex a week later. if the test is negative what other things could a slight drainage be from. there are no other symptoms.

You don't say it, but presumably you are male and "drainage" means you have noticed an abnormal discharge from the penis.  It can be caused by many things, not just chlamydia.  Chlamydia, gonorrhea, and nongonococcal urethritis (NGU) (not due to chlamydia) all are possibilities.  Regardless of the result of your chlamydia test, you probably need to be treated with antibiotics, and so does your girlfriend--and so does the person you had sex with earlier, which probably is where you caught it.  Presumably you have seen a health care provider, who did the chlamydia test.  (S/He probably also did a gonorrhea test.)  Follow up with that provider about the results and what they mean.

Any chance you had of getting a reply to a question/comment was killed by your mental state and your intent/desire to use this site as a way to deal with it.  This is not a counseling site and I do not accept responsibility such care.  You need to see a mental health professional, not look for care or counseling online.
