WHAT'S GOING ON?

I was in a city in the jungle of Peru in May of this year. I had unprotected sex. 5 days later I got broncitus bad case tons of phlem. I then I Had a fever and felt terrible. 5 days after that I noticed my meatus was swollen but it didn't hurt. It was more swollen on the right side then the left.
Well I went to the doctor there and he gave me 3 days of injection and linocyn?? not sure the spelling. and a steroid. Well I didn't feel any better. He told me to take 500mg of cipro twice a day on top of this and for a week. Well as time when buy my meatus was looking very sketchy. It got really red and inflamed and eventually got a crust of dead skin on the right side only. eventually it went away about 4 days later and I felt ok although I could still make out a little extra meat on my meatus but it wasn't red anymore.
I hunted down the woman and I made us both have HIV tests. Too soon I know. She tested negitive as did I.
2 weeks later it flamed up again and this time it was in my whole urinary tract. My rectum felt tight and my testes felt like they were being squeezed and my lower abdomen had that "full" feeling. Plus my meatus was read again but not as bad as the first time
Fast forward another 2 weeks and my tight rectum feeling went away but my kidneys felt sore and my balls still feel like there being squeezed along with slight puffyness and redness on my meatus. Along with the fullness in my lower abdomen but not as bad.
The doctors in the U.S. tested my urine and blood for bacteria and viruses and I came back only positive for herpes 1. I have had coldsores before in my life so I assumed this means nothing. Also this has lasted way too long to be herpes or so I think. After 2 and a half months I also got another HIV test. Negitive as well
I went the the urilogist and upon a physical examination he told me he didn't see anything physically wrong with me. A little extra meat on my meatus but nothing else. He told me he could order a ultra sound if I wanted and he told me I needed to see an infectus diesese doctor. I went back to another GP and she Had my urine tested for Parasites. 48 hours later they told me I had none. I didn't think this was an accurate way of testing for this??
Now in Mexico I went to the doctor and was told to get (that's how it works here) Ofloxcine and Flagel. 5 days of Flagel for the parasite possiblity and 2 weeks of 800mg a day of Ofoxacina.
It's been 6 days. Today finally my abdomen feels a little better my balls feel a little better. But my meatus is red and inflamed again. Not like the first time but I can notice it for sure. Oh by the way I never had any discharge. I swear I see but no one else does faint gray spots on my penis the right more then the left.
I'm supposed to take the Ofloxicine another week and I'm already done with the Flagal. How long should this take to work? What else could I have? take antibotics forever? Is there a virus I could have? Suggest?

Sorry, I just cannot help. I doubt the initial problem was an STD. You might have caught an infection of some sort from your partner, but not an STD. For example, adenovirus or another respiratory infection. Adenovirus often causes urethritis as well as respiratory symtpoms. Or the sex had nothing to do with it, and you just got an environmental virus.
In any case, whatever started it off isn't necessarily the direct cause of the continuing symptoms you describe. Those symptoms definitely are not due to any STD. On top of that, the antibiotics you have had would have eradicated any existing STD.
Finally, when several doctors haven't found clear answers, neither I nor any online source can come up with an answer. If you haven't been referred to an infectious diseases specialist, that would be a reasonable thing to do.

THE TIP OF MY PENIS (MEATUS) IS STILL RED)

SLIGHT TO MODERATE EPIDIDYMITS.
PAIN IN MY LOWER BACK ON BOTH SIDES..(COULD BE KIDNEYS?)
OVERALL I WOULD SAY THE FULLESS FEELLING IN MY RECTUM HAS SUBSIDED AND MY EPPIDIDYMITS IS NOT HAS BAD. MY SYMTPOMS SEEMED TO BE GETTING SLIGHTLY BETTER UNTIL I STUPIDLY DECIDED TO HAVE SOME DRINKS SATURDAY. OVERALL MY SYMPTOMS SEEM TO WAX AND WANE.
QUESTIONS:
SHOULD I GO BACK TO THE DOCTOR HERE? IS IT WORTH IT? HOW IS IT WORTH TAKING ANTIBOTICS? CAN THIS GO AWAY ON IT'S OWN? IF SO HOW LONG CAN IT LAST. IT'S BEEN THREE MONTHS WITHOUT POSITIVE TESTS FOR ANYTHING. COULD THIS BE PERMENANT?
WHAT SHOULD BE MY NEXT COURSE OF ACTION? I'M SO LOST.
