Whether herpes, adenovirus, or syphilis, 2 days is too soon for onset (especially for syphilis). Whatever is going on likely was acquired somewhere else, not during the event 2 days before. If it is syphilis, you probably acquired it 2-6 weeks before onset of symptoms.
