Am I ok?

I had unprotected sex with a girl 7 months ago. After we had broken up (maybe six months from when we first had unprotected sex) I had some blood tests done which came back negative. I've noticed that I have some small pimple like bumps on my inner thighs, sometimes down my leg, and sometims on my upper groin. So far none on my genitals. When I pop them (they are very small, 1-2millimetres in diameter maybe) a small white ball (which is sometimes a little clearer, or almost translucent) comes out followed by blood. It bleeds for a little bit then will stop. The bumps have appeared in seperated clusters of three, but never any bigger than that. The pimples will clot if I don't try to wipe away the blood and they appear red afterwards. I'm not sure how long they appear to be there but I don't think longer than a couple of days after I pop them (but it could be longer). They don't always hurt, but I have had some pain after popping them. I've been told you can't test for HPV and that you can't pop genital warts, so I don't think that is what it is. I want to get tested again, but before I do I wanted your opinion. I've been reading as much as I can about herpes and that I suppose that could be what I have. But could it be any OTHER type of problem? or does this sound like Herpes Simplex?

This sounds like pimples or folliculitis (hair follicle infection), nothing more.  Both the location (inner thighs) and your description are against both herpes and warts.  Another possibility is molluscum contagiosum, a minor viral infection that can be sexually acquired--but that is unlikely.  I think you have zits, nothing more, and nothing related to your sexual exposure 7 months ago.

Of course see a health care provider if you remain concerned.  Good luck--  HHH, MD

Yes.

A bump formed on the shaft of my penis that was underneath the skin. I thought it was an ingrown hair so I pinched it together to try and pop it, which didn't work. I forced it at some point and opened up the skin. It eventually scabbed over and is just like any other cut, except on my penis. I peeled of the scab and it's white and mucous-ee. What else could it be and what should I be worried about?
Thanks again
