surgeon...i had the surgery!

by rainian, Aug 06, 2005 12:00AM
i had the surgery only three days ago, and already am feeling remarkably better, my voice is better, my muscles don't ache.my vision is improving, the list is endless, and i am sure i will feel better and better as the thyroid hormones work there way out, about 2 weeks. thankyou for your words of encouragement, i felt like i knew what i was doing when i went in, also, was at the end of my rope with the thyroid sitting around 75, i thought dying would be better than living like i was dead.

surgery was the best answer ever even if i was terrified. i will let you know how i feel in a few weeks.thanks again, the rain

Hi, I am very glad to hear that your surgery went well and that you are feeling so much better.  It is so nice to see something go right.  I know that you were really scared and confused with this whole process, and I just think it is terrific that you are feeling so much better.  Good deal, keep us posted on how you are doing.  Shannon
