mole

My doughter is 15 and she had a biopsy for a mole.

The result was: Atypical Lentiginous compound nevus, probably congenital.

I want to know what is this diagnosis?

It means a mole which was most likely present at birth.  As for the "atypical," it depends on how atypical it looked under the microscope.  A little atypicality doesn't mean much at all, especially in a mole present at birth.  I would suggest that you ask the doctor who did the biopsy how to interpret the results, but don't be surprised if he or she recommends that you can leave the rest of it alone.

Best.
