I am 5 1/2 months pregnant. Over the past 2 months, I have had vomiting with severe back pain. I do not have dry heaves, and the food has not been digested much. About 5 minutes later, the pain is gone. I've noticed that its certain foods that cause this, which are tomato-based products, chocolate, acidic fruits, and other foods, such as cucumbers and large amounts of protein. The last few times it has occured it was after riding in a car for a long distance. My worry is that it is not pregnancy-related, but a condition of having gall stones.
