infant on Zantac and Reglan with decreased output

I have an 8 month old. She was put on Zantac and moved to a chair for sleeping at 6 weeks. At 7 months we added Reglan as she was just eating enough to sustain. She has been eating for three weeks around 30 oz. a day (Hooray)however in the last five days her diapers are barely wet. Her disposition is great however she has never been a complainer. There is no fever or any indication of a problem other than the amount coming out is only a fraction of what is going in. What do we do?
