digestion problems § weakness

Hi,
I'm a 22 year old male & I've been having acidity & indigestion since years.Everytime I have my meal, I start getting churning & growling sounds from my stomach.I constantly feel uncomfortable with my stomach & have a lot of gas.I've consulted a no. of doctors but everytime i've got the same presciption of drugs which i take for a week , i feel better ,but then i'm back to the same problems.Also i do not get my stools regularly, & i have this constant feeling of weakness & lethargy.I have even avoided spicy , oily food ,but it has had no effect & i also lose weight very fast.Sometimes i also get tremors in my hands & with slight pain & chills in my bones & joints.Please help me.
