Confused about this condition

by butter, Jun 17, 2001 12:00AM
Recently I had a diagnosis of h-pylori. I have completed the 2 week Prev-Pac, and continue to experience excessive bloating, lack of bowel movements, and  some abdominal pain in upper abd. I alsso had an ultrasound and there was fat in the liver. Since I do not eat junk food, eat out rarely, and bake rather than fry foods,I am rather confused about what is going on. I do not expect a diagnosis but maybe I am reading too much into this and looking for some help and answers. Can you give me some insight into my delimma? Thank you for your help

What did you doctor tell you about this only he can tell you you what this means. Don't be scared to ask your doctor to tell you exactly what that means get him to show you with visual means on a diagram where he found it. It is your life and you are in charge of yourself, so be active and go get the answer you need from your doctor. A lot of times doctors do not want to take the time to discuss things if they feel the patient isn't interested, so why waste time they say. If you did ask him and got a lot of  medical  jargon, then you need to tell him look doc speak english please!  I will in the meantime try to find this out as well, because it intrigues me to learn.  Good Luck!
