In other words, if you don't know when you ovulated, then you don't know for sure that you are late. If you are more than 18 days past when you ovulated, unless you are anovulatory, then I would consider you late.
In all likelihood, the move stressed you out along with the bleeding and that caused you to ovulate later than you usually do. That is why your pregnancy test came out negative.
