Sounds like what happened to me immediately after lap surgery. Unfortunately my surgery has been almost 3 years ago and I still have back pain, stomach spasms, and pain around the right shoulder blade. I do wish I could offer some advice for you but currently I cannot get any advice for myself.....doctors are puzzled. My first bit of advice is for you to see the surgeon that did your surgery first, then if no results, see a gastroenterologist for further testing such as an ERCP to check for residual stones or sludge in the bile ducts.
