Doctors act as if I make my symptoms up, but I can assure you, they're real.
I'm VERY frustrated. Symptomatic treatments, 4-6 week waits to get tests that in the end turn up no new evidence, 10-15 day waits for follow up appointments. I've missed enough work that i won't get another (paid) vacationVacation health care day until the year 2248. :-(
Well, I'm not a doctor, but maybe it's a slight (very slight) comfortComfort tears that you're not alone.
I have been struggling with all of your symptoms plus a few more for the last year. I have checked myself into emergency a half a dozen times thinking that I was going to die. I also have trouble breathing at times and can feel a irregular heart beat.
I have had a MRI, CAT Scan, Ultrasound, treadmill stress test, blood tests. Everything comes up normal. Up until I was 32 I was always very healthy and avoided seeing doctors.

As with yours, the doctors I have seen bring up depression as well. Well Gosh with these symptoms most people would be depressed.
It started out with the doctor giving me Prevacid to prevent stomach acid. This was supposed to fix any ulcers that I may have. I was complaining about stomach pain, nausea, and more diarrheas. After 2 months of taking Prevacid I saw a ad in a magazine for Prevacid while I was in the Endoscopy specialist's waiting room. Turns out that my Doctor failed to notice 3 of my symptoms were the side effects related to Prevacid.
I quit taking the Prevacid and everything else for that matter, and chose not to do the Endoscopy...Yet. I watch what I eat and make sure that I sleep enough but it doesn't seam to help that much. I have little episodes (as I call them) a few times a week.

I am not sure what the next step is. I should go back to the doctor but I don't have much faith in him either. Not after he missed the Prevacid side effects.
If I ever figure anything out I will post it here.
